I am walking in the American Heart Walk in honor of my daughter, Noah Christine Trent.

Becoming Noah’s mom changed my life forever. She showed me what true strength looks like. Noah spent time in the CVICU at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where we experienced the reality that so many families face when a child has a heart condition. Those days were filled with fear, hope, love, and the incredible care of the doctors and nurses who dedicate their lives to saving children.

Noah’s journey opened my eyes to how important heart research, education, and lifesaving resources truly are. No parent ever expects to walk through something like that, but it happens to families every day.

Even though Noah’s time here was far too short, her impact on my life is immeasurable. She continues to inspire me to do something meaningful with the love I carry for her

That’s why I’m walking.

I’m walking for the children still fighting.

I’m walking for the families who are sitting beside hospital beds right now hoping for a miracle.
