This year Pritchard Development Corp has partnered with the American Heart Association (AHA) and the local Southern Tier Heart Walk. Our goal is to provide the highest donation level toward the goal they have set. We are rallying alongside the AHA to collect donations and walkers to make the 2026 Southern Tier Heart Walk the best yet.

The AHA has an additional, meaningful connection to Pritchard Development Corp. We have one of our own, Charity Bensley, who was diagnosed with a rare congenital heart defect and was left with no choice but to undergo Open Heart Surgery in September 2025. Our team at Pritchard is honored to be able to support her in this difficult recovery process. We have seen first-hand what research, education and training can do for everyone. Without the specialized testing she underwent, the outcome might have been very different.
