2026 Maine Heart Walk
Diodes Incorporated
Heart Disease and Stroke claim more than 3700 lives each year in Maine. The American Heart Association (AHA) has been a relentless force in nationwide training, science funding, and evidence-based care for 100+ years.
Diodes Incorporated wants to help.
This year, in addition to our team walking in the 2026 HeartWalk on May 17 and our employee-driven fundraising goal of $1500, Diodes will be a sponsor in the walk, getting the message of "Life's Essential 8" to the community. These 8 heart-health items have been identified in simplifying management of cardiovascular health. Learn more about the Essential 8 on the SPFAB Intranet.
Cardiac arrest can (and do) happen at work, in homes, at schools and athletic fields - in neighborhoods everywhere. The readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death. The AHA needs your help in making that difference.
Every walker who joins and each dollar donated means more people trained in CPR, more research, and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
1. No donation is too small.
2. Employees can donate without walking.
