Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere — at work, at home, on athletic fields, or in our neighborhoods. When it does, the readiness of those nearby can mean the difference between life and death. We may not always control when emergencies happen, but we can be prepared to respond with courage, compassion, and skill.

Scripture reminds us in Gospel of Matthew 25:40 that when we serve others, we are serving Him. Choosing to learn CPR, to donate, or to participate is more than an action — it is an opportunity to be the hands and feet of faith in motion.
