9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of a hospital do not survive. In many of those cases, CPR was not performed. That's something we can change.
Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere - at home, at work, on athletic fields, and in our communities. In those critical moments, having someone nearby who is trained and ready to act can mean the difference between life and death.
That's why I am proud to support the American Heart Association and participate in the Heart Walk.
This cause is deeply personal to me. I walk in memory of my stepfather, David Sterio, my uncle, Tom Hadlow, stepmother, Tracy Stepien, and so many other family members and friends. Their lives, and the lives of so many others, are the reason I am committed to helping make a difference.
Every dollar donated supports lifesaving CPR education, critical research, and the opportunity to create more lifesaving moments in our communities.
I Walk to Save Lives.
Please consider supporting my efforts - any amount is truly appreciated and makes an impact.
