If you would like to join Jeff and I to walk please join the Henry Ford Hearts at Home team for the Annual Detroit Heart Walk on Saturday, June 6, 2026 and if unable to walk we would greatly appreciate a donation to raise money for the American Heart Association mission in the prevention and cure of heart disease.

I walk because I know that with every step, I’m making a difference in someone’s life. We walk because every member of our family has heart disease or suffers from heart condition! In August of 2025, I lost my Mom to complications of heart disease and I am walking this year especially in honor of her!

Last March, Jeff's brother had a leg amputated because of heart disease, so we walk to support research in hopes of a cure.  

If you are able to donate any amount it would be appreciated to fund groundbreaking research that literally keeps hearts beating and helps people have longer, healthier lives.
