Heart disease and cardiac arrest have impacted my life in more ways than one. I was only 9 years old when my mother passed away from a heart condition. At 18, my sister lost her mother to heart disease as well.
Now, working in cardiac rehab, I see every day how heart disease affects individuals and families. I also see the strength, resilience, and hope that comes with education, support, and lifesaving care.
Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere - at home, at work, on athletic fields, or in our communities. When more people know CPR, more lives can be saved.
Every dollar donated helps provide CPR education, supports lifesaving research, and creates more survivors and more moments with the people we love.
Please consider donating, joining the walk, or learning CPR. Every action matters.
I walk to save lives.
I walk for my mother.
I walk for my sister's mother.
And I walk for every family affected by heart disease.
Help me reach my goal today.
