This year, I’ve committed to participating in the American Heart Association 5K run/walk, with a goal of raising $250 to support heart health, research, and education.
As a nurse and leader, I’ve witnessed how heart disease changes lives in an instant—not just for patients, but for the families who love them. It’s more than a diagnosis… it’s a moment that shifts everything. This is my way of taking action beyond the hospital walls.
This run is personal. Movement has always grounded me and reminded me not to take my health—or my heart—for granted.
I’m asking for your support to be part of something bigger. Every dollar makes a real difference in saving and improving lives.
If you’re able to give, I’m truly grateful. And if not, your encouragement still means so much.
Together, we can move hearts forward—one step, one heartbeat at a time. â¤ï¸
