Alex's Cardiac Crew
On 3/5/2025 Alex received his heart and liver transplant. We are walking to raise awareness for heart disease and celebrate a year post transplant.
Alex was born with hypoplastic left hesrt syndrome, with multiple open heart surgeries before the age of 3.
