I walk because I know that with every step, I’m making a difference in someone’s life.

I walk because of my daughter Jaden who was born March 11th 2004 with a Congenital Heart Defect.  She has endured 6 open heart surgeries, as well as many other life saving procedures and has survived many life threatening risks along the way.

This will be my 21st year participating in the Twin Cities American Heart Association's Heartwalk "With" Jaden! 

We also walk for many family and friends that have been affected by heart defects, diseases, and strokes.

Your donation will fund groundbreaking research that literally keeps hearts beating like Jaden's!

Her contagious smile reminds me everyday to Live and do what I can to help make sure others do as well, because tomorrow is not a promise.
