For 20+ years, I've been involved in the Medtronic-sponsored American Heart Association Heart Walk.  It's an organization near and dear to my heart as both my parents had strokes...and both of my parents also had Medtronic devices.  I support the work the American Heart Association does to fight against heart disease and stroke.  The impact of their work reaches globally to fund lifesaving research, advocate for healthier communities, improve patient care, and work for equitable health for all people.  

I walk because I know that with every step, I’m making a difference in someone’s life. And when combined with a million other Heart Walk Heroes across the nation, we have an even greater impact toward curing heart disease and stroke. Will you be a Heart Walk Hero with me?
