Being Theo’s mom has reshaped every part of my world. I’ve watched him face surgeries, recoveries, unknowns, and unexpected setbacks with more courage than I could have imagined in someone so small. Now, watching him grow, learn, and live vibrantly is a gift I never take for granted.

This year, I’m proud to return as Theo's Heartbeat Heroes' coach for the 2026 Heart Walk. I walk for Theo’s past, present, and future - and for every family navigating the highs and lows of congenital heart defects. I walk because research has given my son the chance to thrive. I walk because support and community make this journey lighter. And I walk because there is still so much progress ahead.
