Dear Friends and Family,

I’m walking in this year’s American Heart Association Heart Walk in honor of my dear friend and colleague, David, who we lost suddenly to a heart attack in 2021.

David was more than a teammate — he was someone who lifted others up, cared deeply for the families we serve, and left a mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Losing him changed me. It’s why I’m committed to raising support the AHA’s life-saving research, critical equipment, and CPR awareness that can help prevent tragedies like this.
