Here’s a tough stat: 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside a hospital don’t survive. Often, it’s because no one nearby knows CPR. That’s heartbreaking - but it’s also hopeful, because it means we can do something about it.
Thank you for checking out my story and in case you didnt know... Cardiac arrest doesn’t schedule appointments. It happens at home, at work, at concerts, in gyms / on fields, and in our neighborhoods. And in those moments, ordinary people - you and me - become someone’s hero by taking action with hands only CPR.
This mission is personal for me. Research funded by the American Heart Association led to lifesaving interventions and treatments that saved my family and friends. I’ve seen firsthand what second chances look like. Becoming a Lifesaver is my way of paying it forward - with gratitude and on purpose.
Every donation helps train more people in CPR to create a Nation of Lifesavers, fuels groundbreaking research, and creates more “because someone was ready” stories.
Your support is greatly appreciated.
Let’s turn bystanders into lifesavers - and have some fun together!
