Heart 2 Heart was created in loving memory of two of the most important hearts in my life, both lost to heart disease. Though they are no longer physically walking beside me, they walk with me in every step I take. This cause is deeply personal, and every step I take honors their lives and the love we shared.

 

I walk to raise awareness, support research, and help protect other families from this loss.
