During Christmas 2015, my mom was taken to the hospital with a heart rate of 177 beats per minute. She was just 49 years old when she was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure.
It was a moment that made our family slow down and pay attention—to health, to time, and to how quickly things can change. Ten years later, I'm grateful to say she's still here. She's living life, but with intention-listening to her body, managing her health, and staying mindful every day.
Walking with Rosendin Electric is my way of giving back to a cause that hits close to home. If you're able, please consider donating or walking alongside me. Let's keep the current going and help save lives-one heartbeat at a time.
