I'm sending this message out because I just signed up to be a "coach" for the American Heart Association's Heart Walk! ( I know a "Walker" leading a "Walk" team. Pretty on the nose huh?). This walk will take place on the morning of May 14 here on Schwab's HQ Campus. This Fundraiser is a big, big deal that happens every year to help the American Heart Association raise money for important scientific research. I have signed up to lead a team and I'm looking for a few Amazing Humans to join me and keep hearts beating across the country! With a little heart, we can save lives.

Personally I have had my own heart journey and discovered that I have PVC's, an extra heartbeat that left unchecked can cause weakened heart muscle tissue and make me more vulnerable to complications. I am so thankful for the doctors and research that have helped me get my symptoms under control and because of that I've made a commitment to raise money to keep hearts beating and continue this important research.
This year my personal fundraising goal is set at $2,500 and I need your help! Whether you are able to give or you just want to come support by taking a walk with me I would love for you to stand with me!
