2026 Cincinnati Heart Mini-Marathon & Walk
Jack of Hearts
We walk for Jack!
In 2024 Jackson was born and 3 weeks later diagnosed with coarctation of the aorta. He spent a week in the CICU and ACCU at Cincinnati Children's after his heart surgery, where every member of his team took care of him like he was their own! A few months later the cardiac cath team cared for him the same! Jackson has grown into a healthy, happy, rambunctious, and energetic two year old living a life without restriction thanks to the care of all members of the heart institute at Cincinnati children's! His mom, a nurse in the CICU for 12 years, knows how special our heart babies are, and also walks for all those who have battled and are still battling heart disease!
To all of our family, friends, and coworkers who have supported us in Jackson's journey- we love you and thank you! We hope you can walk with us to celebrate Jack and all those affected by CHD!
