In 2023, my life changed when I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. It was a diagnosis that brought fear, questions, and a whole new perspective on life.

Today, I walk because I’m still here. I walk for my health, for strength, for awareness, and for everyone whose life has been touched by heart disease.

Every step is a reminder that my journey didn’t end with my diagnosis. I’m choosing to keep moving forward, one step at a time. â¤ï¸
