This year marks my second year participating in the Metro Chicago Heart Walk, and I'm proud to once again walk as part of Team Queen of Hearts.
What started as an opportunity to support a great cause has become a personal commitment to helping create healthier communities and save lives. Heart disease and stroke continue to impact millions of individuals and families each year, and chances are we all know someone whose life has been touched by heart-related illness. That is why this mission matters so much.
As I prepare to walk on September 19th, I'm setting a personal fundraising goal of $250 to help our team reach its overall goal of $2,000. Every dollar raised supports the American Heart Association's efforts to fund groundbreaking research, provide lifesaving CPR training, advance heart health education, and improve outcomes for people facing cardiovascular disease.
For me, this walk is about more than reaching a fundraising target. It's about honoring loved ones, supporting healthier futures, and joining thousands of others who believe that together we can make a difference. Every step we take represents hope, resilience, and the power of a community coming together for a common purpose.
I'm asking for your support as I continue this journey. Whether your contribution is $10, $25, $50, or more, every donation brings us one step closer to saving lives and creating a world where everyone has the opportunity for a healthy heart.
Thank you for helping me make an impact through the Metro Chicago Heart Walk. Your generosity means more than you know.
Together, let's walk with heart, walk with purpose, and walk toward a healthier future. â¤ï¸
