For the 6th Year, TEAM HEARTMATES is coming together to Celebrate Survivors, Thank Our Care Providers, and Raise Funds to help advance heart medicine to save more lives! To date, TEAM HEARTMATES has included 8 LVAD patients from 5 different hospital programs, along with many of our care givers, care providers, family and friends. We've raised $31,425.18 in our first 5 years, and have set our sights on shattering $35,000 this year.

Each LVAD patient has experienced either Advanced or End-Stage Heart Failure. Thanks to our lifesaving treatments, we have the opportunity to participate in the Heart Walk again this year. We walk to raise funds for research, in the hopes that heart disease will cease to be the #1 killer of future generations.
