The industries demanding schedules, stressful work loads, and various working environments play a critical component in these statistics, but also how we live our lives while on the job-site also is not helpful. Eating unhealthy, smoking, alcohol consumption, lack of sleep, or regular physical exercise.
 
AHA has always done their part to help persons in need, and DYA is also trying to do our part to spread awareness for this silent killer in our industry.
