In Memory of My Dad, and for Every Heartbeat
Heart health has always been deeply personal to me.
When I was 18 years old, my father passed away from a heart attack at just 57 years old while he was on vacation. Losing him at such a young age changed my life forever. It also gave me a personal understanding of just how important heart health, awareness, research, and lifesaving action truly are.
That’s why being part of the Heart Walk means so much to me.
Nine out of 10 people who experience cardiac arrest outside a hospital don’t survive. Too often, it’s because no one nearby knows CPR or feels prepared to take action. But together, we can help change that.
Every walker, every donation, and every step supports a mission that is bigger than any one of us — creating healthier lives, advancing research, teaching lifesaving skills, and giving families more precious time with the people they love.
I walk in memory of my dad, and for all the families whose lives have been changed by heart disease. I walk because I believe we can do more to protect the hearts of the people we love.
Extraordinary starts with YOU.
Please consider making a donation to support my Heart Walk goal. Your generosity can help create more healthy heartbeats, more lifesaving moments, and more memories for families everywhere.
Thank you for helping me honor my dad and be part of a mission that means so much to me.
