This year, I'm walking in the AHA Heart Walk in memory of my father-in-law, who passed away from a heart attack.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death, but behind every statistic is a family forever changed.
His passing strengthened my "why." In my career in wellness, I advocate for prevention, healthier lifestyles, and creating environments that support well-being. I believe deeply that small, consistent choices can change the trajectory of our health - and our time with the people we love.
The Heart Walk isn't just a fundraiser for me. It's a commitment:
To awareness.
To prevention.
To more birthdays, holidays, and ordinary days together.
If you're able to donate or share, thank you for being part of this mission with me.
