That's the priceless gift my dad's heart procedure gave our family. Those extra birthdays, holidays, family gatherings, conversations, and memories are something I'll always be grateful for.

That's why supporting the American Heart Association is so personal to me. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide, but lifesaving research, education, advocacy, and advances in heart care are helping more families spend precious time together.

This year, I'm honored to serve as the Burns & McDonnell Southeast Region Heart Walk Company Leader. Our goal is simple: bring people together to make a meaningful difference—one walker, one donation, and one life at a time. Together, our Heart Forward Crew is working to raise awareness, inspire participation, and support the American Heart Association's mission to create longer, healthier lives.
