Walking With Love, In Memory, and With Hope

In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don't survive. Most of the time, it's because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.

Extraordinary things happen when people take action. A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. Heart Walk brings communities together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.  

Hello, Loved Ones,

Our Heart Walk journey began in 2018, when mom underwent quadruple bypass heart surgery. That experience changed our lives and gave us an even deeper understanding of just how precious the gift of life is and how deeply heart disease can impact an entire family. From that year forward, participating in the Heart Walk became something very personal to me.

For years, I walked in honor of Mom and in support of everyone affected by heart disease. Then, in 2023, after losing Mom, the meaning of every step changed.  What began as a walk in honor of her journey became a walk in her loving memory—and in honor and memory of ALL our loved ones whose lives have been touched by heart disease.

That year, my little Heart Walk team grew a little bigger.  In 2024 and 2025, it grew even more, as family and friends joined together to walk, remember, celebrate, pray, and support one another. Seeing so many people come together for something so close to my heart has been an incredible blessing. 

And this year, I would LOVE to make our team even bigger! 

We are walking for those who have gone before us. 

We are walking to celebrate our survivors. 

We are walking for those who are still fighting. 

And we are walking with hope for healthier hearts and brighter tomorrows.

This walk is for ALL of our loved ones, but this year, we are taking every step with a little extra love, hope, and prayer for Erwin. 

A very special thank you to Naush for helping spread the word and bring our loved ones together so we can make this year's walk something truly special. 

Every person who joins us makes this journey more meaningful. Every step represents love, remembrance, strength, hope, and support. 

So, come walk with us. Walk for someone you love. Walk in memory of someone you miss. Walk in celebration of someone who survived. Walk in support of someone who is still fighting.
