We’re walking for the women we love — and for ourselves.

Heart disease is often thought of as something that happens to someone else, but it remains one of the leading health threats for women. Too often, women put their own health last while caring for families, teams, communities, and everyone around them. Through this year’s American Heart Walk, our Women’s ERG is coming together to change that story.

We walk in honor of the mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, colleagues, and caregivers whose lives have been touched by heart disease and stroke. We walk to raise awareness of the unique ways heart health can affect women — and to remind every woman that her health, her symptoms, her stress, and her well-being matter.

This walk is more than a fundraiser. It is a chance for us to stand together, support one another, and take meaningful steps toward longer, healthier lives. By participating, donating, or cheering us on, you are helping fund lifesaving research, education, and resources that empower women and families to recognize risks, seek care, and protect their hearts.
