Hi! I am Sebastian. When I was 9 years old I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension after years of struggling with my endurance. I am on medication now that helps me feel much better, but I am not able to do some of the things I used to be able to do. I continue to be followed by some of the best doctors who with their continued education helps find ways to help kids with special hearts feel their best. I encourage everyone to advocate for their health and to learn how to save a life!
