Every step is a victory! 

As many of you know, I underwent quadruple bypass surgery on November 14th, 2025. It has been a long, slow recovery with plenty of ups and downs, but every single day has brought its own small victories.

 

Now, I am preparing for my very first official event post-surgery: the Heart Walk 5K!
