2026 Sacramento Heart & Stroke Walk
Ethan's Heart Guardians
Welcome to the team Ethan's Heart Guardians! I have decided to do the heart walk to honor my baby boy Ethan. He was born with a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot with VSD and pulmonary stenosis. On June 4th 2025 at just 3 months old he went for his open heart surgery at Stanford children's Hospital where they repaired the hole in his heart and widened the valve to clear the obstruction. He just celebrated his first Birthday on March 4th and is a thriving, strong, happy little boy! I want to spread awareness for congenital heart disease (CHD) and be an advocate for my son and others. I hope to be more involved in the heart community!
In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don't survive. Most of the time, it's because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
Extraordinary things happen when people take action. A small step. A simple skill. A lifesaving moment. Heart Walk brings communities together to create health and hope for every heartbeat. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
Extraordinary starts with YOU. Join our team today or support by donating towards our fundraising goal.
