Hi! I'm Aleigha and here is my heart story!

At 7 years old I had my first ever heart episode. That’s when I got diagnosed with SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia).

At 12 1/2, I had my worst heart episode. On June 30th 2020 my BPM went up to 220. I was lucky enough to be able to catch my heart rate that high thanks to my Kardia Mobile 6L. 

On September 3rd 2020, I had a Cardiac Ablation. I ended up getting diagnosed with AVNRT (Atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia) a form of SVT.

I won’t only be walking for me and my heart but I will be walking in memory of my dad who passed away almost 15 years ago and had a heart condition. I love and miss my dad so much.
