This year marks my 23rd year representing the School of Health Sciences and Practice at New York Medical College at the American Heart Association's annual Westchester County Heart Walk.

I walk each year in loving memory of my parents, who both lost their lives to heart-related conditions. Their memory inspires me to continue supporting the fight against heart disease and stroke.

Together, we can have fun, and raise awareness while taking a stand against heart disease, America's number one killer.
