2026 Kansas City Heart & Stroke Walk
KC Office Team
The JE Dunn Has Heart Challenge is a shared expression of compassion, connection, and commitment to a healthier tomorrow. Created to raise both donations and awareness for the American Heart Association, this annual challenge unites JE Dunn employees from across the country around a common purpose: supporting heart health while strengthening our sense of community.
What began in Kansas City as a solo effort by Dan West, a 35-year JE Dunn veteran, has become a drive to bring people together through movement, camaraderie, and care for one another. Over the years, that vision has grown into a nationwide effort, inspiring teams across all JE Dunn offices to run, walk, or cycle together in support of healthier hearts and hopeful futures.
Between June 1st and June 5th, 2026, each local office will coordinate its own “leg” of the challenge, contributing to a collective journey that reflects the strength of our people and the impact we can make when we move as one. By taking part in the JE Dunn Has Heart Challenge, employees honor a legacy of wellness, teamwork, and giving back—one step, one pedal, and one stride at a time.
