We’re walking alongside Shawn Stockwell, who was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). From the very beginning, his life has been defined by incredible strength, resilience, and hope.

His journey has included countless hospital stays, surgeries, and not just one but two heart transplants. Through every challenge, he has continued to inspire our family with his courage and determination.

Every step we take is for him, for the donor families whose selfless gifts made his second chances possible, and for every child and family facing congenital heart disease. We walk to celebrate survivors, remember those we’ve lost, raise awareness, and support the lifesaving research and care that give families hope.
