Last year, my world changed forever when I lost my father to a sudden heart stroke. It was a profound and devastating loss—one that leaves a permanent mark and makes you look at life, and health, through an entirely different lens.
Statistics show that 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive, often because help isn't close enough or bystanders aren't trained in CPR. Behind that statistic are real families, real stories, and people who deserved more time.
This year, to honor my dad's memory and fight for a healthier future for others, I am participating in the Heart Walk.
When we come together, small actions turn into lifesaving moments. Every dollar raised and every person educated means more research, more community CPR training, and fewer families experiencing this kind of heartbreak.
Extraordinary starts with YOU. Help me reach my goal today!
