Hi, I'm Maya!

I was born with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), a congenital heart defect, so heart health has been part of my life from day one, literally. Last year, I underwent surgery for a new pulmonary valve and it was made by Medtronic, and the year after wasn't easy. But I'm here and I'm feeling strong!

I'm walking this year with the Medtronic Movers to support the American Heart Association. The research, education, and care they fund are a big part of why people like me can keep going.
