Yes, I'm a dog, but that doesn't diminish my commitment to fighting and treating heart disease. My main health concerns -- rabies and distemper -- have been conquered by vaccines, allowing me to focus on the maladies of other species. Since I rely on humans to administer most aspects of my daily life, I am more than pleased to devote my efforts to assisting in combatting the ailments of "your kind." Moreover, the Heart Walk is the sort of event I can really get behind in that walking is something I'm exceptionally skilled at--even if I am occasionally distracted by other dogs, loud noises, the scent of rotting banana peels, etc.
