2026 Buffalo Heart Walk
Team Bliss
Walking in Honor of Norm & Faye
At Bliss Construction, we walk this year with two very special people in our hearts: Norm Frazier and Faye Bliss.
Norm was a longtime member of the Bliss Construction family whose impact reached far beyond the worksite. He was a friend, a mentor, and someone who left a lasting impression on the people fortunate enough to know him. When Norm passed away unexpectedly on June 2, 2024 at the age of 50, we felt the loss deeply. His memory continues to be a meaningful part of who we are today.
Faye, Paul Bliss's mother, who passed away too soon at the age of 65, holds a special place in the hearts of those who knew her. Faye greatly contributed to Paul's success and continues to influence him on a daily basis. To continue Faye's legacy, and in honor of his mother, Paul developed and built two FayeBrooke senior living communities, carrying forward the values she represented: family, sacrifice, resilience, and caring for others. Her legacy is woven into the very name and mission of FayeBrooke, ensuring that the qualities she embodied continue to touch the lives of others.
Both Norm and Faye lost their lives to heart conditions, making our participation in the Heart Walk especially personal.
We are walking in their honor—to remember their lives, celebrate the people they were, and help raise awareness and support for the fight against heart disease. Every step is a small way for us to keep their memories alive and turn our loss into something that can help others.
We participate in this event for Norm, for Faye, and for their families, their friends, and for a future where fewer families have to experience this kind of loss.
