In Memory of Dave Gunn
I only had the privilege of knowing and working with Dave Gunn for about a year before he passed, but that was more than enough time for him to leave a lasting impression on me.
Dave was a friend and colleague at Downes Construction, and he was truly a force like no other—one of a kind. He left us far too early because of heart disease and is deeply missed by the many people whose lives he touched.
Dave died doing something he loved—riding his motorcycle in the woods of Vermont. I can’t think of a more fitting way to remember him than out there living life and doing something he enjoyed.
This year, I’m supporting the Heart Walk in Dave’s memory. I hope you’ll consider joining me in honoring Dave by supporting this important cause and the fight against heart disease.
Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps support lifesaving research, CPR training, and the work being done to give more people more time with those they love.
This one is for you, Dave. Gone far too soon, but certainly not forgotten.
