Construction workers face unique risks—long hours, high stress, limited access to nutritious food, high tobacco use, and little time for exercise. More than 211,000 workers nationwide, or 1 in 25, are already living with cardiovascular disease. Hard Hats with Heart is working to change that by empowering workers to take charge of their health and build longer, stronger lives.
