Losing Amanda has forever changed my life. Her passing has strengthened my commitment to support the American Heart Association—an organization that supported her and our family through so many difficult moments. Amanda’s smile and laughter lit up every room she entered. This photo was taken just six days after her third heart transplant, and even then, her joy was unmistakable. She loved grilled cheese sandwiches and loaded potato soup, and she loved life.

We miss her every single day.

The love, prayers, and encouragement we’ve received from our family, friends, and my colleagues at Mitsubishi have carried us through our darkest moments. That support truly feels heaven‑sent. I know Amanda would be smiling, watching me continue to support an organization that touched her life in so many meaningful ways.
