I'm so excited to be participating in the Montgomery County Heart Walk this year!

This walk is especially meaningful to me because heart health has become a very personal part of my life. In 2022, I experienced a TIA, and while I'm incredibly grateful to have made a full recovery, my journey didn't end there. In the following years, I have been diagnosed with a heart condition and have learned firsthand just how quickly life, and your perspective on your health, can change.

That's why I'm so proud to be walking in the Montgomery County Heart Walk. I'm walking for people like me, for everyone navigating their own heart health journey, and for the research, education, and advancements that give so many of us the opportunity to keep moving forward.

Most of all, I'm walking with a very grateful heart.
