Today I am reaching out to everyone for support in the 2026 American Heart Association Heart Walk. This is my 12th Heart Walk. My goal again is to raise $10,000.00 dollars. Last year I raised over $8,000.00.
The American Heart Association is my preferred organization to support. Most of you know I am a Survivor of Heart disease, Stroke and Heart Transplantation. Heart disease and stroke have affected my life forever. The AHA mission is to help others prevent what I ended up with.
PLEASE DONATE TODAY. The Heart Walk is less than a month away on September 10th.
THE IMPACT OF YOUR DOLLAR The American Heart Association funds more cardiovascular and stroke research than any U.S. organization except the federal government. In all, we spend nearly 80 cents of every dollar on research, education and community outreach. 20% 37% 17% 8% 7% This chart depicts the financial activities of the American Heart Association, American Stroke Association, fiscal year ending June 30, 2015. 37%
