My brother had a heart attack on June 25th.  He was flown to Petersburg and coded enroute.  Thankfully they were able to bring him back and he immediately had a stent placed for a 100% blockage when he arrived.  My niece lost her husband to a heart attack last year, he was 38.  My other brother had to have open heart surgery 2 years ago.  I have many other friends and family who have had heart issues / attacks.  These are my whys.
