Michelle 'Candy' Robins, a former team member of Patient Access Services (PAS). In 2017, Candy joined PAS as an Access Specialist and was promoted to a Program Manager in 2020 before transferring to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital and serving in the same capacity as a Program Manager in the Pediatric Outpatient Clinics for the Offsite and After-Hours Clinics.
 
While working in PAS, Candy was an inaugural member of the executive leadership team for the Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s African American Employee Resource Group, assisting in the facilitation of workshops and presentations for the Vanderbilt Employee Community. She presented on how to become your own health advocate. Her warm smile, infectious laughter, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
