My "why" is my brother. In 2016, he passed away unexpectedly from an undiagnosed heart condition at just 36 years old, leaving behind his wife and young daughter. His loss opened my eyes to the impact heart disease can have on families of all ages. Today, I support the American Heart Association and the Tampa Bay Heart Walk in his memory and to help fund research, education, prevention, and lifesaving programs.
