2019 San Joaquin Heart & Stroke Walk
Saturday, September 28, 2019
Life is why we walk.
Thanks to all our walkers, donors and volunteers who have accepted the challenge to help fight heart disease and stroke. We cannot achieve our mission without each one of you!
Healthy For Good is a revolutionary movement to inspire you to create lasting change in your health and your life, one small step at a time. The approach is simple: Eat smart. Add color. Move more. Be well.
Are you A Healthy For Good Hero? The American Heart Association along with St. Joseph’s Medical Center wants to recognize individuals who have made or have encouraged someone to make positive changes to improve the quality of their life and health.
Nominations for the Healthy For Good Lifestyle Change Award can be submitted by friends, co-workers or relatives, and individuals can nominate themselves. Winners will be chosen by a volunteer committee.
Nomination Deadline: Friday, September 13, 2019

Interested in volunteering at the San Joaquin Heart & Stroke Walk? We need volunteers on Friday and Saturday to help make the event a success.
By participating in the Heart Walk, you’re joining a million Heart Walk Heroes from across the nation raising funds for lifesaving science. Science that can teach us all how to live longer and be Healthy For Good.
Take a few minutes to consider the lives you are going to help change for the better through your leadership and donations. We’re talking more moms, dads, brothers, aunts and babies' lives saved. Help keep hearts everywhere beating. Let’s take steps together to cure heart disease and stroke.
