It is my honor to serve as Chairperson of the 2020 Tri-County Heart Walk!  For me, Life is Why.  I am privileged to care for our fellow community members, neighbors and friends, in my role as Nursing Director of Cardiovascular Services at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall.  On a daily basis, I see firsthand how heart disease impacts our patients, their families and our entire community.  Click Here to learn more about Beverly Keefer, our 2020 Tri-County Heart Walk Chairperson.

May 2, 2020 | VIRTUAL EVENT

As a science-based organization which cares deeply about the health of our communities, the American Heart Association has been closely following the guidance from the CDC and state and local health officials on the coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our guests at our events around the country has been and will continue to be our top priority.

To our valued walkers – We have made the decision not to host a “traditional” Tri-County Heart Walk at the Lake Welch Beach - Harriman State Park on May 2, 2020. The safety and health of our participants is our top concern. While we won’t physically see you with us on May 2, 2020, we want to see and hear your passion virtually!!!

We all need a mental and physical break, so we want to see YOU!!   #HVHeartWalk
