This year will be the biggest Heart and Stroke Walk you’ve ever seen and by bringing the experience to you, we’re going to touch more hearts, move more feet and raise more lifesaving funds than ever before.

The 2020 Puget Sound Heart and Stroke Walk will be a multi-week experience, combining physical activity and digital events that will challenge you to get moving and help advance the work of the American Heart Association. It will culminate on Saturday, October 10 as our day to walk, honor survivors and celebrate all that we’ve accomplished together. All walkers will gather online for a celebratory program then head out to walk, run, dance or bike whatever gets your heart pumping.
