31 years ago at the young age of 37 my mom passed of a heart attack.  The attack was swift and catastrophic. No one could have guessed that was coming. She was a fit and healthy 37-year-old with absolutely no prior cardiac problems.  Heart Disease is the NUMBER 1 killer of women, claiming more lives then all forms of cancers combined.
